Personalised Employment Pass is a unique and the only self-sponsored work pass category available for foreigners to work in Singapore. There is no requirement during the application for the applicant to have a job or an employer to sponsor the application.
Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) is only issued once for each applicant and is valid for 3 years, and it is non-renewable. The requirements and approval criteria is strict and available mainly to highly talented, high income and uniquely skilled foreign professionals.
1. As this is a self-sponsored employment pass, there is no need for the candidate to have a job or any employer before the application can be submitted.

No consent is required from the existing employer.
2. The supporting documents required include the following:
a) Passport Copy;
b) Copy of Highest Education Qualification;
c) Proof of current qualifying salaries via copies of payslips and bank statements;
3. The application process would take between 8 to 12 weeks.
