Eligibility Criteria and Requirements for ONE Pass

The Singapore Overseas Networks and Expertise Pass (ONE Pass) is an independent and self sponsored work visa. No employment or employment sponsorship is required to apply for this pass.  The successful applicant is free to explore career and business opportunities during the initial 5 year duration of the pass. There is no need to re-apply each time the applicant changes employers.

  • The applicant must currently be working or will be working for an established company earning at least SGD30,000 per month. For a company to be considered established, it must have a market capitalisation or valuation of at least US$500 million or an annual revenue of at least US$200 million.
  • Documentary evidence of current income, current employer’s background and education certificates must be provided in English.
